  They have a strange policy on orders they mess up. It seemed like they thought I was trying to scam them, or something. I was a customer for over 8 years, and both times I complained it was a bad experience. That doesn't include the countless times I got the wrong order, and just ate it!

  The rudest manager ever...walks around like a jack boot nazi..she seemed mad that I asked for gift certipficates. Acts like shes the c.e.o. of an important company....hey maude, put a smile on your face, I promise it wont crack...and if you hate your job then quit...its not like you are a surgeon, you're basically no more important than a vending machine, at least the vending machine says thank-you.

  Every time i go through the drive through,i have to pull over and wait.every single time.100 percent of the time. 1 year later...EDIT to review... Lately I have not had to pull to the side and wait. It has gotten better! Maybe they got mine and others reviews.
